SHIPPING:

How does iL CANE ship?

All orders are shipped as a Regular Parcel through Canada Post. All items are shipped within 2 days of receiving your order. You will receive a tracking number over email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 10 business days for your order to arrive.

Where does iL CANE ship?

We ship world wide!

Lost or Damaged Goods:

iL CANE is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. iL CANE is also not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect, or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Can I return and/or exchange an item I purchased from iL CANE?

Unfortunately at this point in time we are not equipped to make returns.  We are able to make an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. To make an exchange please first email us with the reason for your exchange at ilcanecollection@gmail.com . We will provide you with the full address when we hear from you regarding your exchange.

Merchandise can be exchanged within 14 days of the date you signed for your package. 

Items must not be worn, or damaged. Items must be shipped back at your own cost. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
